As previously suggested:
Try to look for a spay scar
Watch for signs of heat such as: loud meowing, restlessness, rolling on the floor, demanding petting, or increase in appetite
If you really want to know for sure, have your vet shave her tummy to make it easier to see the scar. If no scar can be seen, you can either get a blood test to see if she's still making horomones (if she is, she's not spayed), or schedule her spay anyway during the procedure the doctor will either: find her uterus and spay her, or find that her uterus is not there thereby confirming that she is spayed undeniably.

i could take the cat to the vet for starters so which you would be able to get a extra constructive theory of what kind of undertaking it extremely is in. The decrease above its eye could could desire to be taken care of, and if the cat is malnourished, specific scientific care may be necessary. There can be an digital id interior the cat that could inform you who the proprietors are and the vet can bump into that. If no longer, you are able to attempt putting out classified ads or posting fliers interior the section to work out if all people comes forward to declare the cat, and you are able to desire to call some interior sight shelters to work out if all people has called in searching for the cat. interior the intervening time, its great which you're prepared to take interior the cat and the vet can inform you what else you are able to desire to do. in any different case, provide the cat a intense high quality heat mattress and a few nutritious foodstuff, and a few love and with a bit of luck he gets healthful.

Best bet is to take her to a vet. They may shave her tummy to check for a scar. Some vets are also tattooing neutered/spayed animals now. My cats have tattoos to indicate that they've been altered, but you can't see the tattoos through the fur.

Depending on the colour of her fur, you might be able to check for a scar on her tummy. It would be a fairly small scar.
If you are planning on keeping her, you should take her to the vet anyway, and the vet will be able to tell you.

I guess take her to either the vet or the animal place to see if she has. I'd use the Internet to google up for information in that case if anything.

Take her to the SPCA and their vet will be able to find out. Otherwise you can wait until she goes into heat, that will be a sure sign she hasn't been fixed.

Take her to a vet to check. If you plan on keeping her she is going to need to go anyway to get her boosters and vaccinations. Especially her rabies shot. And it called the ASPCA not SPCA.
