people seems to have problem in balance when some problem is in their ear .Why is it so?

as there is Eustachian tube in the middle ear controls the balance, any disease affects the tube, consequently disturb the balance.

Actually it is the cochlea, a tiny organ in the middle ear that helps us keep our balance. The eustachian tube helps drain the middle ear and equalize the pressure there.
