Nothing much to cheer you up sorry. However, do have good diet and try and eat organic if you can and stay off the processed foods. And because you are at work does not mean you have to skip meals. Take natural supplements and keep the old bowels regular.

Now if you can't find any solace in that maybe the fact that Becks is still fighting to keep his place in the England squad will. He's still a gifted player and like all gifted people they have bad periods and bloody good periods...hears hoping that Becks has a good period. And here's wishing that you will soon be feeling heaps better. You know that stress is a major player in MS, so try and keep destressed,

I have a friend who has MS and her husband just left her in June for someone who has a lot of mental issues. She is down because she doesn't work and the house is going into foreclosure, etc. She gets those days that are horrible. She also has alot of friends and her parents who support her when she needs it. She loves to get on the Internet and tell us how she is feeling or send us links to things that would be helpful to us or funny jokes.

She came over to "help" me with my first garage sale and to help me with some things she thought I would need when I had my kitten declawed. When she helps me, she feels so much better.

I will pray for your strength and health and courage to face the challenging days ahead, one day at a time. I wish I had a funny joke to make you smile. Just remember you have a lot of people who support you if even through prayer while you are here. Keep smiling even when you don't feel like it. It actually makes you feel better. It is OK to have those down days too.

God Bless.

Sorry to hear about the MS...my dad had it too and he was the happiest, most joyous and inspirational person ive ever encoountered - Most of which I put down to a decision he made following his diagnosis: 'Eat well, get fit as you can, learn new things and most of all Try to always remain positive (even when its easier not to)..Good luck!!

If you haven't already thought about it - you perhaps need to consider making a claim for Disabled Person's Tax Credit.

At some stage in the future (hopefully many years into the future) you might need to consider making a claim for Disability Living Allowance. If you have a car you can, apply to your local Social Services Dept for a blue disability badge which will allow you easier parking.

Well as much as I would normally say I feel for you, today I feel different, Lucky to be alive and I think you should too. What makes you happy? Think about something that you did as a kid, or phone one of your mates and talk to them

Be happy, keep smiling
