One of the oldest methods women have used to control their fertility has been through natural family panning, or fertility awareness. Natural family planning is made up of a variety of techniques, including the rhythm method, ovulation method, Standard Days Method, and the sympto-thermal method, and is based on the fact that a woman is most fertile around the time of ovulation. While fertility awareness methods can be used as a type of natural birth control, they can also be used to help a couple that is trying to conceive. I would put something for each method, but this would get super long

Try an IUD. They are 99.9 % effective in preventing pregnancy. It is a device implanted into the opening of the cervix. It is fairly pain free procedure that can be done at your doctors office. The only side effects I had was increased menstrual cramping and bleeding for a couple of months until my body adjusted. Besides that depending on the type you get they can be effective for 5 to ten years. Can be removed to get pregnant right away.
Natural family planning is for people trying to get pregnant.

catholics can train u about Natural family planning. It is difficult to follow- one's hormones will be best to ahve a child at the same time one's urges will be the greatest so Imnot sure how satisfying the marriage will be. I think family plaaning /spacing of children could be accptable? Just so you dont tire your body out too much? At least 2 yrs between kids is best for your health, so that is a medical reason. Perhaps you are being too strcit on your religion which doesn't maybe want you to be miserable? If you are comfortable with just a couple kids maybe that is best for you, to train them in your religion well and be able to accomplish your goals that are honorable as well. I dont see any harm in that.

Try the calendar method. There are some days though when you can't have sex and you have to do some counting. I'm not sure about the details so just look it up. Anyway, I think if God thought you should have more kids, He'd give them, otherwise I don't think He'd bless you with more.

Spermacide i think it is called. It is a gel substance you insert into the vagina about 20 mins before sex and it breaks down your sperm, apparently it is also used if you have a bit of an accident it can still attack the sperm and lower your chances of conception.

You're apparently married, so you try asking your doctor about other methods of birth control. I wouldn't use the patch though, its been killing folk. I'm not sure about this and you'll have to ask somebody who really knows, but I think they have a shot, but don't take my word for it.
