3 years ago I had a Sudden Cardiac Arrest; thankfully I was right in front of my Cardiologist when it happened.
My hearing WAS the last thing to go, and also, the First to come back, even before I could physically open my eyes or speak.....the second sense I was aware of, was touch.

The medical experts state quite clearly its your sense of hearing, even people who are deeply unconcious can tell you what they heard after making a recovery, the reason why its the last sense to disapear is due to the fact they are the closest link to the part of the brain that controls senses,we are told to watch what we say when dealing with unconcious casualties as they can hear every word,,
thanks

"When a person dies, hearing is generally the last sense to go. The first sense lost is usually sight. Then follows taste, smell, and touch."

I've heard its touch, because of its sensitivity, but to be honest, its probably all at once.
