You harbored Staphylococci, one type of disease causing bacteria over your skin & they got enrty into the skin while shaving & have resulted in the formation of boils.
Take an antibiotics like Erythromycin along with Pain killers, you will be ok with in a few days.

See a doctor ASAP. And then for pity's sake, stop shaving down there! You are irritating very sensitive skin, and you'll have problems until the hair grows out, so just leave it alone and never ever try to go bald down there again! It should clear up in a couple of weeks with medication and not re-irritating it. If you take a few pictures now, maybe that will remind you that you NEVER want to touch that area with a razor again. And waxing or nair would be even worse - you've got to go natural.

if you just started shaving your pubic hair and this happens, first i would use boil ease if it is boils it soothes the pain, and if its ingrown hairs that turn into bumbs and filled with puss, start waxing, but also to make your skin a bit tougher to ingrown hairs down there, go to the indoor tanning booth and tan naked, it tans your bikini line and naturally makes your skin thicker and tougher less proned to ingrown hairs.
