He gave me his photo and mob number, I didn't find it myself. He insisted on it and now I call him and doesn't answer. Help me out pls.

Girl stay away from the Italian & stop watching these Hollywood propaganda & brain wash about them. I lived 2 years in Italy & if i could describe in one word the Italian men ,i would say" STINK". I would never date an Italian again, even if he is the last man on earth. I would go for Spanish, Frensh & Brazilians(mixed). They know how to Romance & love a woman & be faithfull.

It is crazy to think you have the number and a picture, but is scared to call. Honestly there is no way to get personal info without talking to the person unless you know some of his/her friends. They might be able to pave the way for you to talk to him/her. Any other way of finding information is truly considered stalking and invading their privacy. Your nationality should not matter either, it should be about who you are on the inside.
