English Breakfast tea - preferably Twinnings or Fortnum and Mason but Tetley will do if not.
Bags - so much less mess and with one sugar and lots of milk!
Reusing teabags is grimi - the tea never tastes the same!
Before I became pregnant I drank 5 cups a day but I've cut that down to 3!

I used to hate tea, but am now really getting in to it.
I like black tea, preferably either Earl Grey, Lady Grey, English Breakfast or Ceylon. It has to be loose leaf. With honey, but only with milk for the English Breakfast. Generally i use Whittards.
White tea is also good, especially iced.
Always a mug. 3 or 4 a day on a bad day, 0-1 otherwise. Always a teapot.
All this because my doctor has told me I have to give up coffee. Apparently 42 cups in three days is not very good for you.

A lemon and Ginger tea (YOGI organic) with bit of honey in the morning. Couple of Mugs of Roobiosh (caffeine free tea-ish herbal tea) or a decaf tea with milk during the day. And a couple of Mugs of peppermint tea in the afternoon/evening. I am also partial to the camomile and honey blend byTwinnings. I also drink other herbal teas on and off. I do reuse ordinary tea-bags as I am a tea wuss, but I keep herbal ones in my mug to the bitter end! Generally all the bags I use are organic and worthy (fairtrade etc.)
There is a 'Women's Tea' that YOGI do which is a nice mix of ginger, cinnamon, orange, fennel, and a ton of other stuff which claims to: "help a woman maintain her inner balance, amplify her potential and manifest her creativity" Which is a big claim- but if it does do that- a total bargain at 1.89p for 15 bags!

Would have to be PG or Tetley, although I've now progressed to just drinking the boiled water instead.
Must admit that it does taste better in a china cup as opposed to a mug, but you get more in a mug. Never re-use them though plus in the habit of 1 bag per mug, made in the mug not a teapot.

I love a good black tea(Lipton Yellow label) with sugar and no milk ever anywhere near my tea I also love peppermint tea, yummo. No I don't reuse the tea bag, my nanna used to feed the tea bags and the tea leaves to the elk horn plant out the back. Probably 4 mugs a day, maybe more if it is really cold or I have a tummy upset.

Morning I have a pot of tea, with real tea - a blend from Whittards, which is English Breakfast tea, throughout the day I drink Clipper organic teabags and at night a cup of Clipper organic green tea or jasmine tea. Most of the tea I drink is either Indian or China - I love green tea, hot or cold. And any tea bags, yes, we do recycle either by composting or by placing around the base of plants in tubs/pots.....

I drink five roses tea. a black tea in South Africa. I choose teabags. About 6 or 7 mugs a day. Used teabags go in the bin - sometimes used to "age" documents for my kids' school projects.
