Have you read the bible code. Many interesting fact in it. I think you can order the book online. If you are a christian, I think this is a must read.
By the way tell you some jokes:
-Doctor! I have a serious problem, I can never remember what i just said.
-When did you first notice this problem?
-What problem?
One more joke:
A guy calls his vet and says "What should I do with my cat?Vet says "What do you mean? Guy says "I had a leak in my lawnmowers gas tank and the cat drank the gas. Then the cat began to run around and around the yard, climbed a tree. then fell out of the tree stiff. Vet says "Is the cat dead? Guy replies "nope he ran out of gas.
Last of all just want to tell you that whatever you do, just don't give up. Also you must love and care for the people around you. In that way they will also show you the love that you show to them. Just be yourself and happy everyday. Wish you all the best and good luck!!

Hi, well there are a huge amount of prophesies regarding the arrival and ministry of Jesus, for example; where he would be born and what tribe, Gen 49: 10 and Mic 5:2. I could go on with a long list, but i think what you are getting at is historical events, so here are a few of them, that can actually be proved.
Destruction of Babylon being overthrown by cyrus - Date written down 732BC, event happened in the reign of Cyrus from around 550BC. This can be found in any history book.
The parts of the city of Tyre destroyed under Nebuchadnezzer- Ish 23:1, Jer25:8,17 date written down 732BC, event happened in the reign from 605BC for 13 years.
City of Tyre to be destroyed completely Zech 9:3,4- Date written down 518BC , event happened 332BC by Alexander the Great.
The book of Daniel has fortold all the world powers from the Babylons, the Meads and Persians, Alexander the Great, Rome, Anglo- American, to the future of Gods kingdom government.
I could list so many that can be proved from the carbon dating of the scrolls to the actual historical events. This is hard fact!

isaiah 44:27- 45:2 tells of the fall of babylon to the medes and persians. there is archaeological evidence in the british museum which shows it's acuracy.
daniel 8:5-8, 20,21 show the desruction of the medo-persian empire being replaced by the greek empire headed by alexander the great, and then what happened to him. it is all recorded in secular history.
isaiah 13:17:22 tells what will happen to babylon. it is all true, and today babylon is a pile of ruined stones in iraq.
2 timothy 3:1-7 are being fulfilled today.
matthew 24:4:14 are also occuring in this time period, as is matthew 28:19
there are many prophecies concerning Jesus's birth, life and death. there are also many which have no clear meaning but can be understood only with the help of Jehovah's Holy spirit (revelation 17 for example). many churches have their different interpretations of them, or claim God moves in mysterious ways and we aren't meant to understand them. the truth is, they make up part of babylon the great, the world empire of false religion. you have to find the true religion but i'll give you aa couple of scriptures to point you in the right direction.
matthew 24:14 matthew 28:19, acts 15:20, john 13:34,35
john 17:15,16.
that is just a few but narrows down the search tremendously.

Self-friendly prophecy, sure. it is easy to make it look that a prophecy replaced into fulfilled in case you have a checklist of the unique prophecy recorded for all to invent a success. In different words, the goat herders who wrote the hot testomony wherein Jesus, supposedly fulfilled prophecy, had the Torah to apply to invent a prophecy success. ews have not got self belief that Jesus is the Moshiach (Messiah) because of the fact here have not been fulfilled (at one time on earth - no 2nd possibilities!): * The Sanhedrin would be re-commonplace (Isaiah a million:26) * as quickly as he's King, leaders of different countries will seem to him for education. (Isaiah 2:4) * the entire international will worship the only God of Israel (Isaiah 2:17) * he would be descended from King David (Isaiah 11:a million) by using King Solomon (a million Chron. 22:8-10) * The Moshiach would be a guy of this international, an observant Jew with "concern of God" (Isaiah 11:2) * Evil and tyranny heavily isn't waiting to stand earlier his management (Isaiah 11:4) * awareness of God will fill the international (Isaiah 11:9) * he will incorporate and entice people from all cultures and countries (Isaiah 11:10) * All Israelites would be lower back to their place of commencing place (Isaiah 11:12) * loss of life would be swallowed up forever (Isaiah 25:8) * there will be not greater starvation or ailment, and loss of life will stop (Isaiah 25:8) * all the ineffective will upward thrust lower back (Isaiah 26:19) * The Jewish people will adventure eternal exhilaration and gladness (Isaiah fifty one:11) * he would be a messenger of peace (Isaiah fifty two:7) * countries will finally end up spotting the wrongs they did to Israel (Isaiah fifty two:13-fifty 3:5) * The peoples of the international will turn to the Jews for religious education (Zechariah 8:23) * The ruined cities of Israel would be restored (Ezekiel sixteen:fifty 5) * weapons of conflict would be destroyed (Ezekiel 39:9) * The Temple would be rebuilt (Ezekiel 40) resuming many of the suspended mitzvot * he will then suitable the entire international to serve God collectively (Zephaniah 3:9) * Jews will know the Torah without study (Jeremiah 31:33) * he will supply you all the needs of your heart (Psalms 37:4) * he will take the barren land and make it adequate and fruitful (Isaiah fifty one:3, Amos 9:13-15, Ezekiel 36:29-30, Isaiah 11:6-9).

lets look at Daniel 9:24-27
comparing Ezekiel 4:4-6; taking a day for a year. the decree by Artexerxes to rebuild Jerusalem was given in 457 BC. It was built in 49 years. 7 weeks is 49 days, taking a day for a year in prophecy thats 49 years. It was completed in 408BC
then another 62 weeks; 434 days, taking a day for a year, leads up to 27AD, which is the exact year Jesus was baptised.
Looking at Luke 3:1, only in 27AD were all those people in those positions, as per history, the same year Jesus was baptised.
Jesus was crucified in 31 AD, or the midst of the week. (3 and a half days) he was baptised at 30 years old, then died at 33 & 1/2.
Stephen was also stoned in 34AD, which deemed the end of the week, then the Gospel went to the Gentiles, because the Jews rejected God.
This is very brief, if you are interested in any other Bible prophecy, or a more detailed version of this, email me at c0d14@hotmail.com

I assume you don't believe that there are any, and I feel the same way. But the only problem is that Christians have an "out" with this particular question -- they'll just reply that the stuff predicted in the Bible hasn't happened YET, and just because it hasn't happened so far, that doesn't mean it's not going to happen in the future. You probably wouldn't consider that a satisfying answer but it's probably the best they'll give you.

No they can't, because it all has to be "interpreted" - i.e. wait until something happens, try to find something in the bible that sounds a bit like it if you look at it a certain way and claim it is the obvious will of God. All the stuff that mentions dates/ timescale has already been shown to be out by a long way. Frighteningly, it was only in the last hundred or so years that people stopped believing the bible's version of how old the Earth is (about 20,000 years) - as opposed to the actual answer - about 4.6 billion years.

There are none.
What people call "prophecies" are so vague & ambiguous the statement "Bad things will happen to some people" would be considered bible prophecy.
I wonder if people who claim the bible is prophetic ever question why those "prophecies" have tens of thousands of different
interpretations?
Response to reply about Jesus:
Imagine that, the Jesus myth was written so it corresponds with previous "prophecies." Must be prophetic since it agrees with what was previously written (actually, it doesn't since the "Messiah" was supposed to usher in a world of peace).
