Muslims boast, brag, and proudly claim that THEIR religion is the fastest growing religion in USA. I checked it out, and guess what? It appears to be just another Muslim LIE!!!

This is percentage based. Do you understand that the chart doesnt talk abut the actual number of converts to any of the religions. So how can you tell which one really is?

It is impossible to say what religion is really the fastest growing as the US census doesn't ask what faith a person is. There are no accurate numbers to say who worships in what way. I have heard that neo-paganism (especially Wicca) are the fastest growing faiths but most Wiccans are either solitary or unwilling to reveal themselves so it is impossible to find out with any certainty. Personally, I would just be happy to see growth in religious tolerance and acceptance.

I'm not sure what "non-denominational" means, but it appears non-denominational is the winner at over 1,000 %.

I did notice that atheism has increased almost as much as Islam. And, far more than nearly any Christian or Jewish cult.


BTW, in all fairness, percentage based statistics are skewed and distort activity within groups with small numbers.

If a group only has 100 members, if they increase by 50 members, that is a 50% increase. The same 50 people would only increase by .5% an organization with 10,000 members.

islam is growing 10 x

Christian 2005 (10000000 people) - year 2006 (11000000 people)
Christian is only growing 1.1 x
