IT HAS AN INTENSE FEEL...
being a slave means living in bondages without any freedom.here in this quote:it means that however long be it that i am a slave physically but i no lomger remain slave from my mind and soul.it says that a human can be bond physically by force but his mind is free from all bondages and pressures.
i hope i am right.

in reality as a person i am free but you are too narrow-minded to accept that and therefore will always look down upon me as someone that you own and is a slave because you are too blind and proud to see

i think it means a man is only a slave if he considers himself slave
how we view ourselves has alot to do with how we feel
he considered himself a free men b/c he was equal in the eyes of a god.
