Are our wonderful brothers in EU club helping us enough in Afgahnistan and Iraq ?
Is it really worth while being a member of this so called "union" ?

UK was never part of Europe, the French invaded in 1066 and we've never been the same since!
I suspect it's too late to deconstruct the myth, however, and no, they're not pulling their weight in Afghanistan and Iraq.
How quickly the surrender merchants in France and Italy forget how US and UK freed them from fascism, at huge expense in lives and money.
Yes, it was 60 years ago, and we've learned nothing. We're appeasing Islamic fanatics today like we appeased Hitler in the 1930's/

The EU is an economic club, not a polictical club.

So forgeign policy about invading other countries has nothing to do with EU mandate. Its a UN thingy.

They are afraid someone will turn off the oil if they take a stand against terrorism and the countries that support it .

It seems to me that the only way they ever get involved with Britain is to tell us how big our bananas should be and to impose stupid laws. I am sick of being in Europe, we should be an independent country and we would be much better for it.
