I have reverse osmosis at home. I put the water in water bottles. How long does the water last in the bottle (in days) to be fit for drinking? ex 4 days??

2 days if it's been on the counter and 4 if it's in the fridge.if it tastes funny after this pour it all out.

sorry i dont know what reverse osmosis is but i dont think id like to drink it after its been there long if you make bottles of water for a baby its only good for 1 day so i`d say maybe 2 or 3

I personally won't drink it after a couple of days.

I think it would depend on the water and what kind of bottle.

Cooled boiled water in a glass bottle with a lid stored in a fridge will last at lot longer (months maybe??) than straight from the tap water in a uncapped plastic bottle sitting on a shelf (hours??)

Glass bottles are the way forward.
However the water has been around for millions of years so unless you are using dirty bottles or faulty lids, there is no reason why the water won't last indefinately.

i'd say about 3 days max depending on temperature of your fridge
