I was just wondering...what the average weight loss during a week of only consuming a total of 300 calories or less per day would be...any guesses?

After several days your body would go into a starvation mode. Your body would hold onto your body fat and burn muscle. The more muscle you lost the slower your metabolism would become. After a while you would have an uncontrollable urge to eat. You would put all your weight back on only with more body fat and a slower metabolism. See Oprah Winfrey.

It would be a disaster.

A balanced diet would include at least 1,000 calories daily. Any less than that and your body is taking from its fatty tissue to survive. Why do you want to starve yourself like that? Are you anorexic? 300 seems like such a drastic cut. You really should consult with either a nutritionist or your doctor.

Don't do this. It's not even worth trying! Your body will go into starvation mode and you will ruin your metabolism.

You could lose huge amounts of weight doing this. Unfortunately, you'd also be dead from malnutrition.

Please tell me how you would do that and not starve yourself. The week after you go off that diet you'd gain back the lbs you lost.
