I'm recently married, and I just found out that I am also pregnant! (yay! :) ) I was talking to a friend of mine that got mad when he found out that I was married, yet alone pregnant (I live in Texas, he lives in Alabama now) Anyways... he started talking s*** and the next thing to come out of his mouth was that he hoped that MY CHILD DIES... how the heck can anyone be that inconsiderate about something...? I mean, I was like "talk crap about me or my husband(he doesn't like my husband), that's fine... but bringing an unborn child into this...!? How can somebody be that inconsiderate!?
I DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH HIM ANYMORE AND I DON'T WANT TO BE FRIEND'S WITH HIM, EITHER... that should clear things up

First off, congratulations on the newest addition! His words were cruel at the very least. It does sound like he does or did care for you, and that should tell you why he reacted as he did. That does not excuse it however. Severing your relationship is the best course of action to take, along with forgiving him. Try putting yourself in his shoes, not that you would talk that way to him or anyone Else for that matter. You wouldn't want to be hated forever for something you said or did, would you? It will take you some time, but try to forgive him, it will make you feel better. Frees your spirit to love and enjoy your life and family. God Bless you, and your family!

I think your friend obviously had "feelings" for you much deeper than you realized and he was jealous that you got married and he knew he had no chance to get at you let alone start a family with you because you moved on with someone else. Since he had nothing to lose he decided to lash out at you negatively. Don't let that guy bother you. Move on and enjoy your life with the people that really matter. Your husband, and your soon to be born child. People who are miserable will always hate on something they can't have.

Jealousy is a terrible thing, Take no notice, I know its horrible as you considered this man a friend, and by saying such things he has betrayed your friendship. I wholly agree with the others, he's obviously in love or been in love with you and its the green monster raising its ugly head. I have learned that when men get mad they say the meanest things ever so I think he said it cause he wishes that was his baby you are having.
Don't worry about it for one more second, you are going to have a healthy baby!!!
Good luck and please remember make sure you are 110% ready for this baby cause it is such hard work, I know!!
Also you want to make sure you can be there for this baby no matter what, having a baby is expensive and time consuming that you'll be looking after for the rest of your life!

First off let me start off by saying CONGRATULATIONS!!! Now as for this person you say is your friend well Sweety a friend wouldn't say something like that! So in my opinion you need to stay clear of that JERK and go about your life!!!!! You are getting on of the greatest gifts that God will ever give you and you need to enjoy this time not worry about what that JERK said to you!! You just witnessed the ugly unadulterated evil face of pure jealousy. That is HOW someone could be so inconsiderate. He was temporarily possessed or obsessed by the devil. Good that you have severed your tie to him. That was very mean.

It takes all sorts to make this world, but then if somebody wants to act stupid weather due to jealousy or what ever and has shown his true colours and does not need to be a friend at all, consider yourself lucky that you did not marry this guy and please don't regret the decision at all. Thank God you are lucky.

what he said is a complete act of stupidity and harshness... he shouldn't have said that.. although i think he likes you and never got off the idea that you're married to some other guy, not him... but i still think his statements/ actions are way out of this world... be careful of that guy,.

I would NEVER talk to him again. I have lost a child before, and for someone to say this to anyone, is totally unexeptable. tell his sorry butt to take a hike, and don't ever talk to him again. What a jerk!
