Do not go on any diet when your 8 months pregnant! lets face it at this time your not supposed to look slim....eat healthy and enjoy the end of your pregnancy. I,m pregnant and loving the fact that this is the first time in my life i'm NOT on a diet!!! Good luck with the baby! x

The only thing you should do is eat healthy and walk a lot. I know it may be hard to walk for a long amount of time, but it will bring the baby on quicker! Dont try to diet just yet. And if your going to breast feed your baby dont do it then either. You and Baby need every nutrient you can get right now. Enjoy being "big" while you still can get away with it. :)

Please don't diet. Just eat healthily and remember you are eating for 2: your baby and you. Your body needs nourishment, and it will still need nutrients to produce quality milk after birth, as well as help your body to recover from labour.

If you are worried about your weight, seek advice from your doctor/professional as to any exercise that you can do but there is no substitute for walking. Think about exercise after your baby's birth. There are lots of post-natal classes at many leisure centres that include swimming with your baby as well as other fun ideas.

With only 1 month to go - relax, you're haven't got long til labour and that's far more important at this particular time than any diet. :-)

I don't think it is wise to diet whilst pregnant. Just eat sensibly and make sure you get all the vitamins and minerals that are needed for a healthy pregnancy.

NONE....your 8 months pregnant, the baby feeds from you and he needs all the protein and calcium you are giving him.. Diet after you have the baby, not now.

no one should really need to diet its all about healthy eating and moderation of certain foods , as you are pregnant you owe it to ur baby to eat wholesome , healthy foods and even after the birth if u intend to breastfeed , and if u do feed baby urself u should lose weight that way ..

you shouldn't be on a diet at all being preggers, however, if you mean what food should you eat, then have loads of veg and fruit, basically eat everything you fancy in moderation. Listen to your body and you'll be fine

follow your cravings or just what you fancy...your body will let you know if you are missing any nutrients. trust me i rarely weigh myself and have stayed the same weight for ages even before and after pregnancy i returned to a similar weight. if anything i lost a bit, but probably because it's more excercise pushing a buggy round to just walking! also your baby will not lose out on nutrients it will just take them from your stores, you'll be the one suffering
