You see, I have been exercising for about 2 years. I went down from 33% fat to 20% fat but my cheeks are still somewhat big. Thank you for your king ateention and time. They are greatly appreciated.

Firstly, congratulations for such an achievement!

As far as facial exercises are concerned, you may find they actually make your face fuller, although they can give you more definition to your cheeks. If you are interested, I would suggest you visit the website below. Good luck : )

Unfortunately, there's no way to reduce fat from a certain part of your body. Your body is genetically predetermined to store fat in certain places, and apparently for you one of those places is your cheeks. You can either continue to reduce your body fat percentage and hope for the best, or accept your cheeks the way they are. Besides, lots of guys find "chipmunk cheeks" quite cute.

I was taught that tapping it on both sides together does help. Tap it about 15 minutes a day. Worth trying.
