I can see myself in my daughter, she's the spitting image of me when I was that age, and ermm she's developed my teenage tantrums way too early.
One of my sons reminds me so much of my grandma, and my eldest it the spitting image of his father, both in looks and in attitude and temper (not a good thing)

Yes, I see a lot of myself in my two beautiful girls. Before I got married, I was always praying that I wanted to see how I looked like in my children. My two girls are replica of me in virtually everything.

My oldeswt daughter is JUST like me. She looks like me,talks like me,has my sarcastic attitude......It is so funny sometimes. She's only 11 and is 4 inches shorter than me! It's hard to get onto her sometimes because I'll be yelling at her & we are almost eye to eye. I then have to turn around to keep from laughing as I'm suppose to be getting onto her!

Actually, when they're bitchy, I see my in-laws and when they're cute, I see others. I rarely see myself. In fact, I'm not sure I even know who they are at times. My kids are old enough to choose weird clothing and boyfriends and everything else *I* didn't when I was their age. Do I see myself in them? No. I see my brother's temper, my sister-in-law's cattiness, their late father's sense of humor and cute grin, but me??? No.

My eldest daughter sometimes scares me because her personality and attitude is so much like my sister! Its uncanny. She also is the spitting image of my hubby. She looks exactly like him except that she has long hair!!!

its funny I have a 12 month old and I was just talking about this to my mom, my son is growing sooo much and I see my smile in him and so much more.
Its really heart warming when you see this for the first time and then it hits you, he's really yours!!!
