Meeting other atheists like me would help me feel less marginalized, since I'm currently surrounded almost exclusively by believers. It would be fun to discuss with people with a rational and scientific approach.

I'm sure there is such an association. Here are some web sites to get you started. You may look for some of the organizations mentioned in these links in the phone book for Montreal. The first web site on the list is specifically for atheists in Montreal.

I hope not, because as soon as atheists start organizing themselves into little cliques, establishing by-laws, and collecting dues, then we become no better than the established religions

Atheism is the lack of religion. Let's keep it that way.
