If you park in a handicapped car space, you are going to leave your car, maybe for a long time, and you won't know if a handicapped person needs the space while you're away. One of them could come by in their car just a few seconds later, and you wouldn't know.
If you use a handicapped toilet, you can check first to see that there are no handicapped people nearby - so you know that no one is going to need it soon. And you'll be quick, so even if someone does turn up, you're not going to cause them inconvenience for long.

that's not right to use the handicapped parking space as well as the handicapped toilet. Those are set up for specially need people and why don't you just be a good citizen?

because a handicapped space is designed to make it easier for handicapped people get in the place they are at,if you were in a wheel chair you wouldnt want to have to park far from the entrance.the handicap spots are wider to help them get in or out their vehicle.in a regular spot you cant park ,get you and your scooter chair,wheel chair out and do it with out doung damage to the car next to you.as far as the handicapped crappers,this is a case of morals,if you are doing your business in one and someone comes in that has to use a handicapped toilet you are a bad person,but unless that happens i dont think there is anything wrong
