Not to ask, maybe to answer, unless you make it clear it's only your opinion.
If you can back it up it with sources then it adds to your credibility.
Too many people on this site, who think they know everything, are confident enough (or arrogant enough) to think their own learned opinion is conclusive proof.

Just like when you ask a question and people tell you not to judge...they can't distinguish between a question and a statement...or you ask something and you are labelled a fool or stupid for asking...what's going on?
