You are on the right track. In a first week you are supposed to feel fatter. This is because your body is adjusting to new metabolism rate. If you exercise 1 hour a day, 6 days a week, you will get fit in 8 weeks.

You are may be feeling fatter but factually you are not becoming fatter. Exercise burns energy but if right after exercising you eat a high energy meal then I am afraid you have not done much good to yourself. Maintain your present eating habit and continue exercising. You will see significant changes in two weeks. Buy a scale and monitor your weight. Plot a graph then you will see how well you are faring.

well, doing exercise is not only the way to be fit, but ur diet should also be balanced and if u maintain this manner continously for 1-2 months then u will find urself fit and better.good luck

i think you will find it is fluid retention because you are drinking more due to the excercise, press your skin and if it leaves a white mark you have a lot of fluid you can get something from the chemist for this.

Depends on your level of fitness now. Plus, u took a while to become unfit so it will take a while for u to become fit. Keep at it, it will pay off.

it is called you gained muscle. that is how i felt when i worked out and still do. when you work out regularly you gain muscle which weighs more than fat.
