Is there a lot of banging going on in your "friend's" dream? If there is who is topping... you need to clarify this point with your "friend". If in fact there was a lot of banging going on and the "holy" one was doing the banging it's a clear sign jesus is telling him it is alright to recieve holy penetration... he needs to thank jesus for being such a pleasurable presence in his life...

we tend to dream about people that we admire .. and dreaming about Jesus even if it is in a sexual way , would mean that there are aspects of Jesus that your friend may wish to take at this point in his life
is he needing more patience .. tolerance .. love ... whatever quality he is lacking and Jesus is attributing .. would be the reason for the dream

I am a Christian and have to say that no, while it is disturbing, we can not control our dreams. It is the same thing with a thought coming into your mind. No matter what the thought, it is not wrong for it to come into our mind. How we deal with the thought, however, is where right and wrong resides.
