Does this mean that God will expose all our secrets?

It means that God knows everything we do and if we're living a double life, thinking that HE can't see, it will not be a situation that he will allow to continue indefinitely, but he will expose it unless we take the necessary steps to correct it ourselves.

Yes it does mean he will expose the secret that he's not too pleased with how you Christians have intrepreted his so call "words" to your own needs... how you have used his words to start new bloody crusades like the good old days...
