I haven't been to China but from what I see all these three places are beautiful and really rocks! They all have the best nightlife to offer but to choose only one I would go for HongKong. it's really hard to choose though as China is a wonderful country with many places such as these three that is awake all night long.

shanghai...you can party all night with so many amazing people...and go home when the sun is rising. when i was in hong kong, the bars all turned dead rather early in the night...and was quite disappointed. so hands down shanghai has the best nightlife! :)
