Monday I did some strength training. Tuesday I took 1 hour of street dance. Wensday, I did strength training again. Thursday I rode my bike. Friday I went swimming and more strength training. Saturday I played soccer with friends. Sunday I went for a slow and easy walk. I feel great, like I got a good workout, but like I didn’t over do it. Do you think it would be too soon to incoperate a day of step aerobics in my exercising next week?

It would probably be wise to substitute the Friday strength training for the arobics. You are taking the time to warm up I assume before you do these exercises. Most teachers, coaches and other regularly require prewarmups. However you also have to have an easing down time. Use the same techniques you use to warm up to cool down. The only difference would be that you would want to gradually slow the warmup exercises down to cool your muscles. If you do not do this you may find yourself suffering from internal chemical inbalances and cramps in the extremeties.
Be safe and listen to your body.

Hi Dear
yes dear you doing pretty fine rite now and if you feel comfortable with your routine then yes you can join aerobics. But never try to push your self if you felt tired just take a break. well the way you are going I dont think so you have any desire to stop so just keep on going and best of luck.....
take care!!!!

thirty ( 30 )minutes to ( 45 ) minutes a day is great and you will reap the benefits a long time...I just wish I could do it..before remotes, TV's and cars and maids. We as a humans were fit, and now we are all becoming fat and lazy...go for it and enjoy.

i think that you are doing really well except that you might need to slow down and give your body, especially your muscles time to rest.otherwise i love your routine. great job and keep it up.
