Luke 15:10 Thus I tell you, JOY arises among the angels of God over one sinner that repents.

Are the angels watching us?
Do they report to heaven when they see you repent?
How do you think they communicate this information to all the angels?
Does this not show that the angels are watching everyone on earth?

Yes they do rejoice over one more soul that is plucked from hell. God has angels watching us at all times. They are protecting His children. Each person who is saved has an angel that watches over them, and they also have the Holy Spirit inside.

Angels have a very boring life...and a very limited sense of "joy"

the Anaheim Angels , on the other hand, are watchable...they hit and steal all the time and rarely are seen repenting...in fact, they are trying to gain a pent-nent....the third base coach does much of the communication to the on base angels...but not everyone on earth watches them....

God wants all of us to be in heaven with him, so every time one repents, they turn their back on evil and turn towards God and this brings joy in heaven.Yes, angels watch over us and also carry our prayers to God. I think they communicate in spirit.

[Tob 12:12] I can now tell you that when you, Tobit, and Sarah prayed, it was I who presented and read the record of your prayer before the Glory of the Lord; and I did the same thing when you used to bury the dead.

Footnote:

[1] (12,15) Raphael is one of the seven specially designated intercessors who present man's prayers to God. Angelology was developing in this period. The names of two other angels are given in the Bible: Gabriel (Daniel 8:16; 9:21; Luke 1:19, 26) and Michael (Daniel 10:13, 21; 12:1; Jude 1:9; Rev 12:7).

because of the fact God weeps whilst people decide for to no longer repent and are available to renowned Jesus, who He despatched to die for all of us people. God needs ALL to come lower back to Him, even however some do no longer - whilst ONE sinner repents He and rather all of us in heaven rejoices. Are you a sinner that God will weep or rejoice over?

God is the source of life from which every soul comes. When an individual does something unGodly and sinful they move further away from God. When they do something virtuous their spirit moves closer to God and they become more enlightened. God desires that every soul returns to him fully enlightened so there is rejoicing when any human soul moves closer to God. You are an integral part of God and his creation-nothing happens within that creation that God is not aware of.

Remember the story of the prodigal son? Parts of the Book appear to have been edited by politicians to make themselves look good.

I believe they are watching over us. If we confess him "Jesus" before men, he will confess us to the angles of God, which hearken to the word of God.
