a lot of guys tell me i would be the perfect girlfriend but they always say i'm on friend status
i've never been kissed
i'm really shy
ima tomboy, even though guys try to get at me every where i go when we become friends they act completely protective of me with other guys but won't date me
i live in a white area and im thinking maybe it's because im black an the whole interacial thing, but most people mistake me for a hispanic or asian person cuz im so bright skinned!
when i ask guys am i dateable they always say yeah but i just seem to perfect to date. so what's goin on am i really ugly and nobody has the heart to tell me? somebody pleaase let me know pleaase!

Simple, next time don't ask if you are datable, ask a guy out on a date! No guy is going to say "well, you're too perfect to date so I can't go out with you," but when you only asked if you were datable, the guy was probably too scared to actually ask you out himself. If you get a string of "no thank you's" then you know something is up (it doesn't mean you are ugly, but it does mean you aren't imagining anything, and you then can go and figure out what to do next.... but try asking for a date first, if you really want to know.

Hey think yourself lucky, some of these guys are sometimes more trouble than they are worth. I think being a tomboy is probably not helping, I was one and grew up with the guys, and as such I was accepted as one of the guys, they all saw me a the little sister figure, so this could be the case with you. You say you are also still a virgin, that is something to be proud of in this day and age, and perhaps your guy friends have a lot of respect for you because of this.
I am sure you are not ugly, why not arrange to all go out together, and instead of turning up in your tomboy jeans, put on a dress and really girly yourself up, then see what they all say, I bet their jaws will hit the floor, I did something similar and yes the guys then had a different opinion of me.

You should put yourself out there in a more "I am Available" fashion if you are looking to date or have a boyfriend. If you always participate in the friend mode, then that's all they will see. Open your "pretty" mouth and say something. If nothing else, hang with some of your female friends....you will all attract the male attention more and maybe they won't consider you such a guy.

first, i think you are not ugly. you need to believe yourself, you need to show more confident than before. every day when u wake up, u can face to the mirror and say " i am the best perfect girl."(maybe the guy just like u--a little shy. )by the way, i think the blacks are good, my teacher is a black, and he is good

Sometimes guys think that if a girl is pretty they don't have a chance with her so they just remain friends. Hang in there you'll find someone.

Your only 18 don't worry you will meet someone..but at least you have friends and I am sure they care for you and won't lie to you about your date able...enjoy life ...your still young...and don't bother with guys that just want to use you for your body...good luck...
