Well living is the most dificult thing to do
It has different meanings for different people depending upon which one safisfies u the most
For me it is a journey in which u meet different people ,see place
experience things and at the end after you die you are responsiable for what u did in ur life ,which then takes u to the next level
Like most of the people around me i live a life which you call meaning less but it does have a meaning for many oher
people around me ,not a day goes by when i havent thought of commitig suiside ,because i was unable to find my meaning of life
But then i decded that living is far more difficult then dying and i promised my self that no matter how difficult and meaning less my life migh be but after alll it ismy life and i have to live it
Experience ,what it has for me ,You know what time passes even if it is bad or good ,it passes away ,if you are not able to find the meaning of your life believe me one day you will ,because hope is the only thing on which the entire foundation of this life is standing

Hi, well, this is what I think..... Life is like a party, you don't know whose party it is, what the party is for or even how the hell you wound up there, but guess what, it's too late, you're there and there is no ride home til god knows when. So, you have a fair few choices you can make, you can go find a corner, grab yourself a drink and sit there nursing it all night while you watch everyone else. Perhaps you could spend the whole evening wondering why you are at this joint and thinking about how desperate you are to escape. OR.....you could waltz up to the DJ, get him to stick on your favourite song, grab some stranger's hand and dance your butt off. You could whack on a dodgy party hat, go spike the punch, start a conga line and spend all night laughing hysterically and celebrating like crazy. The point is that no-one knows what the hell is going on here, but when it comes down to it, what makes a good party? Sitting and watching the clock tick or having the best time of your life!!!

I would say "Get a life". Except you don't know the meaning of life, so that would just confuse even more.
How about this? Borrow or rent a herd of water buffalo. Take them home with you and lock the doors. Just you and them, locked in the living room. Feed them bushels of grass that have been soaked in laxative. Teach them to fetch superballs and keep dozens of superballs bouncing around the room at all times. While this is happening you should have a Country Music Station on the radio at full volume. At night you should also have a slide show projected onto the wall of your last vacation. Do this for one week, then return the water buffalo to their owners. Clean up your house. Guaranteed, you will never again be tempted to ask the meaning of life. After just one week, everything will always seem to make perfect sense.
Good luck. Let us know how it works out.

We dont have to work so hard some people choose to , in hopes of getting to where they want to in life being driven by money. It is like chasing shadows u will never find or grasp it , not that way at least. when u fail to acknowledge life in itself as is. U have already stoped living and died. and ur just a walking capsule another statistic. If the life ur looking forward too consist of only rent, loans, and bills... that is not a life at all. Ur ansewr to the meaning of life and why we live, ......is in a mirror.

this is my take on life: you are born, grow up, make mistakes along the way, work hard to achieve your goals, have a purpose in life, and never stop learning. you work so hard in life because you want to make your dreams and goals a reality, to get a degree, have a nice job, get a good car, have a family, go on vacations and travel...you work for someone else in order to learn more responsibility as it is thrown your way, to get better skills, and maybe to get promoted. you work for another person because that is what you chose, and life is hard baby. it has more ups and downs than a soap-opera, it is where you are at crossroads many times and where you have to grow up and leave the life the life that you once had behind. you made a choice to make the most of your life so instead of complaining go out there and do something meaningful with it because you never know what happerns...you live to learn, to grow up, mature, become adults, take on responsibilities, and never to stop learning as i learned from wise people called philosophers in my philosophy class.

Consider life a journey. It depends of you how you "plan" it, and what fun you find in it. Imagine yourself in a train: you can look out of the window and see the beauty and the miracles of nature,or you can just turn away, and watch the dirty floor.
You have to look behind the things, and see the little things that can make you happy. You have to have an objective: to know why you are working, what do you want to achieve.
Get a pet! It helps!:)

we don't have to. It is a life style choice. I see many people who don't pay rent, have no loans and no bills. The meaning of life however, is not about these things. Love, can answer the question. about being a loving person in whatever life confronts you with, can you love and be loved with all challenges that confront you in life!

It just makes me sad that some people have such bad lives, like the ones that live in complete and utter poverty, ones that have severe illnesses, live in abusive homes etc. I sometimes feel quilty when my life is going great and there are so many people struggling. That is when I also ask the question about what the meaning of life is.

living i beleive and try to do.. is accepting everyday as a challenge.. no one lives with no problem.. its just sipmly learning how to survive.. death should not be feared but be a motive for the person to live (accourding to the the book i am curretly reading... Further Along the Road Less Traveled: The Unending Journey Towards Spiritual Growth by M. Scott Peck).

Sex, sex is the meaning of life. Don't you see, by having sex the way someone up above intended too, you will bring another life into the world. So, thus, sex is the meaning of life, screw bills and loans, and rent.
