In Kodak share ware you can turn a pic into black & white.
The style seems to be black background. Unusual cropping of subject. Care of the overall darks and lights. You want someone to do YOUR work for you.
Possibly a background of white stars on a black field. Only part of the face revealed.

Take a black and white photo of it and put a word on it.

photoshop is good for this type of thing.
