just be very suttle and aproach her like she is just a friend be sure of yourself and ask if you and her can meet at lunch then see where it goes from there

Ask her to help you with your math homework. This will A. flatter her, and B. Kind of put her on the spot. If she blows you off, walk it off and forget about it. Then be not unfriendly,, but..detached.
Good looking women of any age are bombarded with compliments and bullshit.
Real works better with the smart ones, and lets face it, you wan't a smart one.
The dumb ones, are costly.

tell your teacher she cheated off you during math class.
so at the end of the class, the teacher will put her in detention, and then you confess to your teacher you cheated as well.
then in detention you can act all cool and bad ***, and you'll have 2 hours alone with her.
is this the best advice or what?

Ask her to a school dance or function (football game). You could start by asking her for help in a math problem if she's smarter...
