Cute.
Actually, the answer is no. That's because the intonation that you use when calling for someone is different from the intonation you use when making a statement. If you're calling your son Fire, you would use sort of a two-note intonation, starting on a high note and ending on a low note. If you're informing the people in the theater about a conflagration, you'd use a smoother high-to-low intonation. It's difficult to describe here, but try it and you'll see the difference. The people in the theater would realize the difference too, and they might be befuddled about your son's name, but they probably wouldn't get up and run out.

Once opon a time, there were 3 boys named shutup, manners, and trouble. One day, the trio was taking a hike, then suddenly, they came up opon a BIG carnival. They went to get some corndogs, got some more corndogs, and a few more corndogs. Finally, they were sick of corndogs. Trouble went on the Ferris Wheel without telling manners, or shutup. After 10 minutes, manners and shutup went looking for trouble. Soon, they got tired. So manners said, "Lets try the police station". So they went to the police station.
Manners stayed by the window, and Shutup went inside. The police officer asked him, what's your name? Shutup! Young man, whats your name? Shutup! Young man, are you looking for Trouble! he replied: Why yes, how did you guess? The sherriff said young man, where are your manners? Shutup said: By the window!

I don't care what your son's name is, you're not supposed to yell anything in a crowded theatre, that's just rude.

Yes. First you'd get in trouble for yelling fire in a public place. Then you'd get in trouble for naming your freaking child Fire!

Yes. That is one of the many reasons not to name your son "Fire."

George Carlin once asked if it was legal to yell "MOVIE!" in a crowded firehouse. Anybody remember him?
