You're an idiot. Go to the doctor for a morphine injection... You think you show up and say "Hey! I'm in pain! Need some morphine!" and they give it? No no, friend, morphine is rarely used anymore except to ease those whose injuries/illnesses are guaranteed fatal.

Chest/Stomach/Headache could be dietary related, however I would recommend going to the doctor. Stop taking panadol because that's ridiculous and get a diagnosis and the correct medicine.

Self-diagnosis is the dumbest thing a person can do, even if you're a doctor you get checked by someone else because the mind jumps to conclusions, often the wrong ones, and then you start treating for the wrong thing and next thing you know your heart explodes and brains leak out your eye sockets.

HAVE YOU BEEN TESTED FOR ACID REFLUX DISEASE? IT CAUSES A LOT OF CHEST AND STOMACH PAIN ALMOST LIKE YOU'RE HAVING A HEART ATTACK. IT CAN ALSO CAUSE A SEVER HEADACHE IF YOU ARE IN A LOT OF PAIN. BUT YOU COULD ALSO HAVE MORE THAN ONE THINGS GOING ON. SOUNDS LIKE YOU ALSO SUFFER FROM MIGRAINES WHICH IS WHY YOU TAKE THE PANADOL. I WOULD TRY ONE OF THE OVER THE COUNTER DRUGS SUCH AS PEPCID, ACIPHEX, ETC. CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST TO MAKE SURE YOU GET A PRODUCT THAT WONT COUNTERACT WITH YOU PANADOL. THE BEST BET IS TO CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR. HE WILL CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU ARENT HAVING ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR HEART. ALSO, MOST INSURANCES WILL COVER MEDS FOR REFLUX. YOU CAN GET A WHOLE MONTHS PRESCRIPTION FOR THE SAME PRICE AS YOU PAY FOR 10 OR 20 PILLS OVER THE COUNTER. I HOPE THIS HELPS. I REALLY THINK YOU ARE HAVING REFLUX PROBLEMS. ITS GETTING MORE AND MORE COMMON THESE DAYS BECAUSE US AMERICANS DONT EAT PROPERLY ANYMORE. GOOD LUCK.

Call an ambulance. Morphine is out of the question. The doctors need to find the source of the problem, not treat the symptoms.

I would say get someone to take you to hospital immediately, if you are alone then call 999/112/911 depending on where you are in the world. If you really do not want to call an ambulance and are in the UK, try ringing NHS direct on 08454647.

I think maybe you should pick a best answer now. Considering it has been 2 days now. Or did you even make it to the ER and back home?

you need to get to an acute care clinic/er if you are in that much pain. the doctor will decide after he examines what the best route of action to take.
