Everyone knows that police don't obey the law that they are sworn to uphold and protect.

Police speed and violate traffic laws. Police drink and drive, kill, rape, steal, rob, sell dope and every crime imaginable.

Yet they are protected by the ultimate Blue Shield. Not even the mafia has the impenetrable code of silence that modern day law enforcement have developed.

I would strongly recommend all future aspiring criminals to become a police officer. That way they will join the ultimate brotherhood of criminals.

You're either with the police or against the police. So you better get with this sophisticated ultimate criminal organization before you're on the otherside.

If you're not with their criminal syndicate you're on the other team and you're dead meat.

Join the ultimate criminal organization. The police.

Here is a little link to support my testimony of bad cops.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Police_brutality

I hope you'll enjoy it, but it might want to make you vomit when you see the truth about police.

I have personally witnessed the police beat a diabetic half to death because he begged for his insulin and went into an epileptic seizure and threw up on the cops so they beat him half to death for having dared gone into a seizure.

Don't you just love police.

I remember many decades ago a lot of people had respect for the police that's because back then police had some iota of pride and respect.

They wouldn't routinely break the law and kill innocent civilians. But nowadays police have crossed the line.

No one respects them anymore. Society only fears them because they don't want to die or go to prison, but there is zero respect for the police.

Police need to change their entire image and start gaining respect from the communities again.

Darth vader seems to think that police don't shoot suspects anymore or beat people for smarting off to them.

Shows how much he knows. I suggest he reads the link above.

Police regularly beat the hell out of people and shoot innocent suspects for failure to obey an order.

Even deaf children that can't hear get shot because they're black and running home from school and can't hear the cops say stop! So they die.

God bless the police.

Oh believe you me if I ever needed help the police would be the last person that I would call.

What would be the point of calling police. Have you ever tried calling 911. You'd be dead by the time the police get there.

And then when the police did get there they'd probably handcuff me and pull a gun on me and treat me as the suspect.

Call Police, No Thank you. Police don't solve many crimes anyways. They're too busy eating donuts and busting innocent civilians and racial profiling and getting people for smoking marijuana.

Fulfilling ticket quotas and other important stuff.

Have you ever seen the police crime solving statistics.

Let's say that someone broke into my car and stole my car stereo, If I called the police to recover it, forget about it.

But if the police did catch the perpetrator they would probably give him 5 years in prison and charge the taxpayers over $100,000 for a $50 radio.

You do the math. It's just not worth calling the cops.

2006-09-18 20:41:24 · update #3

The cops wind up with the ultimate rob on society because the cops will profit 200,000 times more than the actual damage.

I'd be better off getting insurance and having my insurance replace it and save the taxpayers hard earned money.

That money could well be better spent on medical care for the elderly or social programs for starving children and educating the poor and job training that way people won't be so desperate to steal my radio in the first place.

The police and criminal justice system has stolen trillions of dollars from the u.s. treasury under the guise of protecting the public. And yet they say we still have the highest crime rate.

So so much for our police system.

We'd be better taking those wasted trillions of dollars and have a workfare program that helps the poor people.

And we should legalize drugs. Hell prohibition didn't work inm the 1930's and it ain't going to work now either. Except for police profit.

Wow, I love this sight. A crooked cop on here is threatening me already to throw me on the hood of his car just for stating the truth.

Hell, I bet if this cop knew where I lived or who I was I'd be murdered tonight.

Thank goodness he doesn't know who I am or where to find me, but I really think he'd sure like to kill me and have another justified police shooting.

He'd probably say that he feared for his life and dump a clip into me and then plant a throwaway on me.

Could it be that the police have no respect for American Citizens therefore the citizens don't respect them.

But we do fear them.

It's because the cops in general have bad attitudes. Even the nicest, most wholesome cop going into the profession winds up being jaded, hostile, and mean toward the public he is there to serve. Many of them do not start out as do-gooders, but self-servers. Those wind up being even worse than the first group. Once they become monsters, they don't care and they don't quit to find another job. They simply grow more and more corrupt and filled with contempt for those that they are paid to assist.

[It's hard not to notice all of these silly little people disapproving of your question and giving themselves thumbs up for it. They are all complaiscent and naive - either that or they're cops. People who are content seldom make waves on behalf of others or of what's right. They have no reason not to be lazy in their opinions.]

Well I have yet to find an actual question that is not rhetorical in what you have written.

Just to let you know you are painting every police officer in the world with the same brush. I will admit that there are persons that are on the police force that should not be, but I will not go as far as to say that anyone that puts on the blue uniform and a badge is so crooked that they are able to bend and kiss their own a$$.

You are making such broad generalizations, that it is hilarious. If you were making such statements about a group of people of one race, you would be considered a racist, and it doesn't even matter what race the group would be, you don't seem to care.

It sounds like you, or someone you love, got caught doing something that they were not suppose to be doing, and instead of being an adult and taking the responsibility for it, you blame the police.

Yes of course our police commissioners should be role models. Just as our police, mayors, teachers, councilmen, etc should be. Recently in my little town, one of our police officers was removed from the squad and put on suspension pending a State Police investigation. It seems as if the officer had a secret club just for underage girls and invited the wrong girl. No one can argue that this is wrong and illegal. But listen to to this: Not long ago an officer here was let go for having an extramarital affair with a girl a few months from being 18. Last year we had a teacher fired for having an affair with one of the Seniors. She lost her license. Both those incidences were a bit two faced in my opinion because we have a teacher teaching there now who had an affair with a sr when I was in 10th grade and they got married. That was in 1980. We have a councilman who had an affair with his kid's babysitter in 1981 and they're married with kids of their own today. 20 years ago in a town 40 miles over, several stores were raided because they were selling sex-toys out of the back room and x-rated movies. Now, they advertise in the phone book and on the local radio stations. Hell, I sold sex toys and lingerie for a couple of years to make extra money. Had those fun parties. However, in Texas, just a few years ago a woman was arrested for doing the same thing. And in the next town over we have a highly decorated cop whose transgendered. (If I'm saying that right, he used to be a she in other words.) I would trust my life to this person. My point? I think maybe he is a role model for the society he's governing. I don't think the situation is any different than it's been for centuries. More officials than we can know likely owned strip clubs, whore houses, drug dealers -- whatever. Do I like it? No. But who am I to judge. My job is to be the best parent I can be and raise children who will rise above the current solution we have.

Society has no respect because parents (usually parent now) don't teach respect. If a child does not respect the parents, he/she will not respect anyone.
Just like any other profession, there are occasionally some "bad" people. However, for the most part, officers become officers to try to help people.
Apparently, you (or another family member) recently got busted. It shows in the attitude.

Officers often drive fast (without lights/siren) because they are responding to a call that is not yet bad but may turn that way if they don't hurry and get there.

Tell you what, the next time you have a crash or someone beats you up -- DON'T CALL THE POLICE. When someone breaks into your house, steals your car, grabs your purse, or kidnaps your child -- DON'T CALL THE POLICE.

Here's your answer...the correct answer. It's because all of the power that they used to have years ago has been all but stripped from them. Years ago, like back in the 30's when my grandfather was an NYPD...if he saw you running from a store with a gun and a bag full of money, all he had to do was tell you to stop once. If you didn't He BLEW YOU AWAY right where you stood, and the only thing he had to worry about was having his gun clean and ready for inspection the next day. There was no such thing as relief from duty pending an investigation by the NAACP or the ACLU or internal affairs. Wasn't any of that worthless Bulls--t!!! Your worthless azz was dead, and he was back to work the next day. CASE CLOSED!!! Back then, if a kid mouthed off to a cop, he beat you within an inch of your life, then he brought you home to your parents, where they happily continued the beating...GET MY POINT YET???? There is no respect for police officers because our f'ed up laws have made it so where you will suffer no consequences for not respecting them. Doesn't have a damn thing to do with how they behave, on or off the job.

BTW...you are a complete and total libtard idiot and I'd like to see some documentation on that beaten diabetic begging for his insulin...thanks.

Why should I respect someone just because they have a uniform. They believe that they are above the law and they are no better than me so as far as I'm concerned I'm above the law. I have no respect for police, a gun and a badge is not going to come close to stopping me from breaking a cops jaw if he starts with me. All they are are the losers from high school that now feel big because they finally have authority.

To be fair, there are more...uhm average cops, then there are bad cops. While "good" cops might be fewer than the majority, the vast majority of police officers do not rape or steal or kill. Though In my experience, the majority does abuse the power they are granted.

Which is the problem. We didn't always have police. Remember the west? And outlaws? Sure we had sheriffs, but they were not the only people allowed to uphold the law. Everyone was.

Which is the way it should be. A government that governs the least is the best, for that way the people discipline themselves.

Such a prejudiced thing to write. You're grouping all cops in one mass? You wouldn't like it if I said all black people are criminals, would you? Because the truth is, they're not. Same goes with police officers. There are bad eggs, but the majority are hard working and abide by the rules.

Sounds like you've had some bad experiences with the police. That's too bad. Unfortunately, you're generalizing too much.

I have read yet another of your rants. You make broad accusations based on ambiguous statements. Your statements are not meant in any way to be construed as any type of constructive criticism. You offer no solutions to your perceived problems.

In you next posting give some examples of what you are talking about. The website you offer is another example of criminals wanting people to understand their own criminal behavior. Yes, there are bad cops, but in my mind they are criminals and will be dealt with as such when they are caught.

Just to let you know, in my career I have investigated bad officers. And I have helped put them in jail. I do not feel any remorse for their failings. They were just the ones who slipped through the cracks.

Why are you so angry with the police? You should find some counseling to help you deal with this pent up frustration.

Welcome To California.
Those that "respect" the police are individuals that have
no contact with them. They don't call them, don't get called on, don't drive above the speed limit, no relative calls for bail.
Its not black or white. There are variable shades of Grey.
I'm not dead meat & I will Never conform.
It is my hope that you are an active voice in your city
or consider becoming one. What you describe, in my opinion,
is the way its always been. And (the reason) why so many are laid back about it, don't get angered by it and don't do or say anything, not even defend themselves.
