I went online and found a Catholic Church, where I married my wife. The church was beautiful and was not expensive, I think like $150. We invited 50 people to come with us for a weekend to see us get married. We were able to get a group package for this. Forty of our friends and family showed up and said it was a wedding they wouldn't forget because it was so much fun. Get in L.V. Friday, everyone roams free all day then have dinner with everyone at buffet(separate room), gamble and bachelor and bachelorette parties, Saturday, married in the morning, champagne buffet brunch at Caesars(separate area), everyone roams free again all day, (I stayed in my room till Sunday morning), Sunday, roam half-day and get back on a plane. It took some pre-planning, but worked like a charm. Six years into it so far. Good Luck to You!

Yes it was tacky. Elvis walked me down the aisle and sang to me. The cashier was the videographer and our witness. It was amusing and cool at the time but we're divorced now. It was kind of a joke if you look back. No family and friends there for support. I've since married and experienced what a real marriage is like.

When it came time for our vows it was like we were the only people in the room and it was all that mattered. We both felt the same experience like the whole day was surreal. It doesn't have to cost a lot either. We live paycheck to paycheck and just payed for things along the way and walked away from it with absolutely no debt. We here of people all the time paying off their wedding for years. These people are crazy!!!

I stayed at Bally's (which I highly recommendl) and our wedding was at the Little Chapel by the Courthouse. It was old and run-down and although the minister was nice and the service was good the place was dirty and ugly. They didn't even have a working restroom that day. The flowers were in a revolving pie case. The lighting was like in an office. I was terribly disappointed, although our pictures were very nice.

I have since seen many nice places to go in Vegas- you just have to be more careful than I was.

due to get married there this month at the Bellagio. You can go very basic, or very upmarket and spend any amount between $25 for a drive through and $20,000+ at the Wynn for one ceremony.

The site below lets you check our every wedding chapel in Vegas, and lets you search every wedding package by cost.

Have fun!

My best friend in the states got married in the little white chapel. Very cool. We are talking 28yo lawyer from CT so for her that was a little off key but a great wedding.
