Sterilization?

would you go against sterilization or support sterilization??
(whether it is on an individual or socially)

P.S= sterilize means to destroy the ability of (a person or animal) to reproduce by removing the sex organs or inhibiting their functions.

I'm all for it if the person wants to have it done. What could possibly be wrong with it? If it is involuntary, it is cruel and inhumane.

Personally, I'm against sterilisation (if it is being forced upon). This is an grey area.

There are circumstances. I support sterilisation when it is one of the following:

1) Voluntary. If a man / women volunteer to be sterilise as a form of birth control.

2) Active Breeding Pets. sterilising abandon pets as a form of control or pervent cross-breeding.

Sterilisation should be regulated.

Although i think my point of view is a little narrow minded it do think that mentally ill people should be sterilized because their generally incabable of making decision let alone taking care of a kid. And it'll get rid of or minimise the passing down of those genes

I think its fine if its voluntary. I think it would be inhumane to force sterilization upon any individual for any reason what so ever. I personally would never sterilize myself unless it was medically necessary. I am too afraid of commitment and might change my mind later on if maybe one of my kids died for example. hope this helps.

I am against sterilization , unless it is being done to a convict or crazy person who is incarcerated.

i do believe that the severly retarded and mentally ill should be sterilized because all of that stuff is genetic. and naturally pets need to be sterilized for the most part because they kill thousands of extra cats and dogs every year.
