There is no such think called h.r. who select the placement. H.R. stands for Human Resources. Earlier, it was referred to as Personnel but with the changing perceptions, nomenclature has been changed. Instead of Personnel Management, now it has become HR Management since new theories suggest HR is an important source of any organization to meet profitably its goal.

like that H.R. in campus means
questions relating to personality, etc. will
be asked
once selected in that interview,
when u go to get the posing order,
u can find one H.R. Manager in that company
whose duties are to ensure that
u have no doubt in posting, nature of job,etc.
