Are pancakes okay? After I ladle the batter onto the pan, I use a potato peeler to put slivers of a Hershey's chocolate bar in them. It's delicious! Actually its easier if you slice off the chocolate before you start cooking (its melts kinda fast when you do it over the pan).
You can also melt it and make chocolate covered strawberries, bananas, shortbread, anything really.

In the Philippines, there is a food called champorado. Add chocolate (Hershey's baking chocolate powder) to cooked glutinous rice. Add sugar to taste. Top with evaporated milk. Serve.
