This is the very, very best.

Pancake mix

Dry mix

6 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons sugar

Combine all ingredients in a lidded container. Shake to mix.

Use the mix within 3 months

INSTANT PANCAKES

2 eggs separated
2 cups buttermilk
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups dry pancake mix
butter for greasing pan

Whisk together the egg whites and the buttermilk in a small bowl. In another bowl whisk the egg yolks with the melted butter

Combine the buttermilk mixture with the egg yolk mixture in a large mixing bowl and whisk together. Pour the liquid ingredients on top of the dry mix. Using a whisk, mix the batter just enough to bring together. Don't try and get the lumps out.

Lightly butter a hot griddle or pan, and grill away.

well first off mix in your basic ingredients together..such as the 2 eggs, milk, a little bit of oil, and the pancake. Once tha pancake mix is all mixed together, get a banana and smash it with a fork on a plate, once the banana is smashed all the way, mix the banana with the pancake mix. when your done, heat a pan and use butter to add more taste (it will also prevent the skillet from sticking to the pan), after each pancake is cooked place another piece of butter....do this for every skillet....

And that's how you do wicked banana pancakes!!! mmmm...good.. :)

use real butter to cook them in, which might take some practice as it has a tendency to burn......I always wipe out the skillet with a a papertowel and use fresh butter with each new batch in the pan. I personally am not big on pancakes, but when served with Pure Maple Syrup.....even I can't resist them!
