do lots of streatching exercises, and watch your weight as when the muscle starts to drop off, it will turn to fat if you are not careful. i dont really know what muscles you are having specific problems with. if your mother or sister or grand mothers were built like that it could be genetic without having anything to do with exercise. you might want to take up swimming as a low muscle building exercise. as long as you arent really doing laps, if you do that you will get big shoulder muscles. but movement in water helps keep you toned without jarring joints. good luck

You can't lose too much muscle mass without becoming atrophy, however you can change the shape of your muscle structure. Instead of doing full curls do half curls. Full range training..like a curl from the arm down position to the full lock position creates a compact muscle - O. A curl from the arm down position to the half fold position crates an elongated muscle - 0 (like women want) Same with squats or leg presses - all the way down and back up = O , Half way down and up = 0 Basically train your muscles to elongate instead of knot up or "Rip"

If you lose weight fast you'll lose muscle mass. be careful though..just a few pounds should be enough....hey by the way..i wouldn't worry so much about it. i lift weights to try to gain that muscle that you have naturally. i'm sure it looks good, you're just analyzing too much probably. would u rather have flabby arms?

be proud of strong arms and lift to gain muscle. women are not capable of getting as big as men unless they take testosterone or steroids. don't fret about your arms. if you want a leaner look, add yoga and pilates to your routine as they elongate the muscles giving them a toned but feminine definition. most women would kill for toned arms. consider yourself blessed. adding more cardio might help as well to get rid of any layers of extra fat that might be making you look bulkier than you actually are. be proud of your body. i'm sure the guys like what they see.

Cut down on protein intake, and lift light weights with many reps.
