How did your toddler fall? And from what height? And when? These are all questions a health professional would ask . . . To give your better advice . . . as you are writing to this site as you are concerned. A blow to the head by someone that caused a swollen bump is more serious than a bump from the toddler tripping and falling on their own - albeit any bump can be serious - if the child is unconscious - there is a problem - if the child has vomited there's definitely a problem . . . If in doubt take the child to urgent care or call 911 . . . now . . . god-damn-it now!

My best guess ( not being a doctor of course) wouldbe maybe a sinus headache but if you hav had it for a week then it must be something worse. Good thing you are going for that mri. Good luck=)

Numbness on one side is a sign of a stroke.

Try not to worry. That won't make it go away and will only make it worse. I had similar symptoms 2 years ago and went to my Doctor. Luckily it was nothing more then a pinched nerve in my neck. Good luck.

Any change in diet, exercise, environment, sleep, or lifestyle? Think hard about that maybe a combo of small things have contributed to it. But if you are not getting any exercise it could be a result of not enough physical activity.
