Medicines are not good for the hair in this case it might cause the problem.
For the rest cut the dead ends and don't color your hair is always very bad no matter when they tell you it's good.
Try baby shampoo because it's very soft.

Your body is probably reacting the the lack of depo provera, and you might have a vitamin deficiency from after the baby-and are stressed out- even if it may not seem like it. You should probably see a doctor in case it is a vitamin deficiency- meanwhile- take a daily multivitamin, and some omega 3 fish oil supplements (they are supposed to help with healthy hair) I recommend the Dove line of intensive care for dry hair- it really helps me. And lay off the hair dye and relaxants and perms and such. Try not to wear so many scarfs- cause they can just damage your hair even more- if you want to wear scarves wear satin ones, get a satin pillow case or sleep with a satin sleep cap- satin helps prevent breakage.

I am a licensed cosmetologist in several states, by the sound of it I would suggest that you get your hair on Matrix Biolage Fortifying shampoo, conditioner and spray leave in treatment. That is for extremely damaged hair. I have used it myself when some idiot lightened my hair so much it was breaking off. After one shampoo, condition and leave in treatment, no breakage. It is packed full of vitamins and minerals the hair needs. Do not buy it from Wal-mart or anywhere like that, you never really know whats in those bottles. Check out your local Great Clips or somewhere like that, they are usually pretty cheap. Also start taking pre-natal vitamins. They are extremely good for you. All it is is just double of what you get in a regular multivitamin. Besides the govt. sets the standard for the RDA of what we need. That is what they think. Your body knows what it needs and its telling you you are way out of wack on vitamins. Whatever your body doesn't need or utilize, it will get rid of naturally. Comb your hair with a wide tooth comb when it is wet, DO NOT BRUSH. Only comb to get the tangles out and no more. Comb it in the natural pattern that your hair falls, and do not put it back into a rubberband. Let it dry naturally, then stlye it with a blowdryer, (low heat) and natural hair bristle. Always put a styling product on your hair before you blowdry that way it will heat the product before it burns your hair. Last but not least, and one of the most important steps. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS rinse out your conditioner in cold water. Like with the pores of your face, hot water opens them and cold water closes them. When you shampoo you get out all the impurities, when you condition you want to lock all those nutrients in there, not wash them down the drain. This will work, I swear.

Your diet depends on the health of your hair, not only products. Foods such as tuna fish, salmon, peanut butter, other foods with omega 3,and vitamin e,and oils. Ask your hair dresser for advise on what to use and how to wash your hair, but in the mean time,Pantenes New Restoratives collections Time Renewal, works great! My hair has never been so healthy, shiney and a lot less hair falls out. Anti-Breakage,is also great.
