For some reason I get traumatized easily and or if something happends to me in a day that's really bad or maybe not even that bad, it tends to ruin my evening. I need to know if there is a cure for this... as it's driving me nuts!! Or lets say something happends to me that was bad, it usually takes me a while to get over it. I was diagnosed with depression before so that might have something to do with it, but I mostly need anger management classes and I don't know where to look. As far as I know it's not my fault that I became like this, I just think it's people arouned me that drive me absolutely nuts!!

Try yoga and meditation.
Life is too short to spend it constantly wound up.

We must find ways to effectively deal with life's challenges.
We must also find ways to decipher which issues are even worth spending energy on.

Easier said than done, but worth it in the long run.

I am serious. I think you need to talk to a doctor or therapist and possibly go on medication. The symptoms you describe are all related but pertain to different disorders. An oversensitive nervous symptom causes you to get traumatized easily. Depression is generally a physical problem with the brain not making enough seratonin. The out of control anger could be part of a compulsive problem. I am not saying you are absolutely nuts, I am just saying that talking to a doctor/therapist will help you to understand what is going on and together you can decide if medication will help or possibly just a few therapy sessions. Understanding is really half of the battle though. Best wishes.

I ve experienced this and the way i handle it is to realize a couple of things. The first is that the world dosen't revolve around me and i ve learned to have a sense of humor about things, especially, myself. When i'm offended by someone , chances are, they re not even aware they ve offended me. You can't take everything personally because most of the time its not personal. If someone is unaware of something why waste my time worrying about it? If its a situation you should do something about, don't shove it under the rug. Speak up but do it properly and without hysteria. No one really hears the person that yells or loses control. Be well informed, calm and logical. Anger is even a bigger waste of time...it dosen't solve anything. The fact that a person or situation is annoying is sometimes not for me to control and if i can, i just remove myself from the annoyance. I also know that I can't control everything and its such a relief...not my job. The only one I can control is me. This gives me peace of mind
