I feel the best when I eat healthy things. After eating very healthy for a few days, I tend to crave something that's not so good for me. I love the taste of it, but after wards I feel fat, lazy, and tired. So I would have to say healthy food.

The most important thing you can do for your health on a daily basis is eat well, stay hydrated and exercise for at least 1/2 hour a day.

I think activity/exercise is the most important to fitness and well-being. I know when I stop moving around I start to feel like crap within a couple days and the pounds pile on.

I was listening to the radio a few days ago and it said having a glass of wine, beer or some kind of mixed drink was good for the heart.
