Ive been working out for a long time, and it seems like since school started about a month ago, my work out (once every three days) is getting a bit tougher. I dont really know why, but i have a suspision it might be lack of sleep, because i only get about 5 hours a night during the school week compared to atleast twice the amout before school started. Can you find the problem?

Lack of sleep makes a huge difference in your workout. People are different in their sleep needs. I need at least 7 hours a night to get a good workout the next day, especially if I am going to use the Stairmaster. I have a friend that needs 9 hours a night just to take her daily walks. Try to get more sleep. Are you inundated with homework or just involved in too many activities? Sleep is important.
