Why was there a bible laying around an old cemetery? Wasn't it all waterlogged from rain and snow?
If you really think that it's the bible causing you to have bad luck, either go talk to a priest/reverand and have them deal with it or rewatch that episode of the Brady Bunch where the evil Tiki is causing bad luck in Hawaii. Then, do what they did.

Sometimes it is the BELIEF in curses and hexes that makes them seem to "work". A belief in the hex may cause a person to have a psychosomatic illness in the form of say , headaches for instance. Once the person realizes this, they may find their headaches go away.
If you're going through a "bad patch", don't worry. These things happen to everybody. Sometimes it's how we live our lives. I know of one man who thought he had bad luck, because he was always in trouble, and al his friends and associates died. It was John Dillinger! If he had lived his life different he wouldn't have had "bad luck".
People that kow Jesus don't have to fear from curses. I get them all the time and nothing happens to me. Ask Jesus to forgive you for sins, and then don't do it again. If you feel badly about taking the Bible, you could mail it back to Scotland, or just donate it to charity.

Couple of techniques. maximum cemetaries have a rubbish pile that has a selection of of floral tributes on - the sorrowful component is that there is a shrink to the quantity of plant existence which would be accommodated around a grave. I doubt you will get into lots hardship in case you photographed them - you does no longer prefer a tripod. an option is to mock up a grave with a gravestone and plant existence. human beings do get very delicate approximately seeing somebody taking photos in a graveyard, so be arranged to be challenged. That stated, there are some staggering examples of funeral artwork in places like Nunhead and Highgate cemetaries. Doubt you will hit any issues in case you have been photographing Victorian tombs.

I'm afraid you will have to perform an exorcism on that demon-infested bible.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERFORMING EXORCISMS ON BIBLES
(KJV and all other versions)
1) Place bible on ground (must be earth, not concrete or wood, etc.)
2) Open bible to about the middle.
3) Sprinkle generous amount of holy water on bible.
4) Wait 2-3 minutes and repeat.
The demons should jump out of the bible and into the ground. Note: You won't see them, they're invisible, but you may "feel" them running for their lives.
Hope this helps.

You took it in Scotland? Guess you can't put it back. Did you
say you burned it anyway? Man, that's a 100 years bad luck!
Just kidding. Apologize to the spirit you offended. And if that
doesn't help. Ask God to free you. And I hope you learned your
lesson?

I think you are cornfusing your curses with normality...
Most people go through a life of bad luck as a rule we just don't make a big deal of it as it's only the normal condition of life.
Try to concentrate on the positive side.... seeding your thoughts works!
