Best advice, get busy and get a friend.
If you have a friend to work out with, check in with as far as being good on your diets and exercise, as well as excersizing with someone, it makes the time fly by and life is so much easier. Once you start seeing results you won't want to quit.
Get busy means start doing more, not to the extent of self exhaustion but just to occupy those hours that say, you'd be on the couch watching tv or napping or whatnot. It really helped me by not having a whole lot of free time to sit and snack. That way your mind doesn't run on food or just sleeping the day away. Excersize will get your energy on the ball and having a friend to laugh the time away with is just the best. Good luck!

HI! OK take it from me first lets start out with I can't exercise every day cus i have FMS so I, at one point in my life got up to 175 when I met my so called husband I was 115 I'm 5'6, also I have 4 kids, 2 by the first marriage and 2 from this ASSHOLE! anyways this will always work low-carb, nothing to drink except water, tea and alot of green tea! Please try this for only 2-4 weeks you will loose the weight .After you loose it you don't have to stay with eating only low-carb food, but you have to drink a ton of water and yes that nasty green tea! NO soda's even diet that's a no no if you want something strong OK have diet coke mixed with rum (no CARBS) or chardonnay (low carbs) it all helped me i now weigh between 132and135 so try it and good luck I know that it will work!

One thing that makes a HUGE difference is making sure you drink enough water every day. This is either A) 8 glasses per day or B)one ounce for every pound you weigh. (I've heard both.) Finding a "buddy" to help keep you on track is an excellent idea, also. If you draw a blank on that, consider joining a weightloss support group (such as TOPS, or something like that). TOPS not only gives you support, but also information, and someone else to look at the scale for you. (This is done in private, with only you and the official weigher in the room.)
Good luck to you! A friend of mine was in TOPS and lost well over 60 pounds.

Yep the answer is simple, its really really really hard! Can I have some extra info, eg, do you have kids, are they at home or school aged? I'd love to know about the area you live in too, are there mushrooms? This is the mushroom diet, it may sound wierd but I garuntee it works. You need fresh mushrooms, handpicked by you, you dont have to eat them, but you can. Go find friends with paddocks with mushrooms growing in them, and get an ice-cream bucket, walk around til you fill it with mushrooms. This is also a good oppurtunity to make some cash, he he. Any elderly people in groups of flats near you? Sell them some mushrooms! Okay okay, I understand that it may be hard if you have kids, but if they're over 2 they can help, and earn themselves a dollar. Do you like music, make yourself a compilation CD of all your fave dance music, and Dance through your housework. Most of all LAUGH, if you hire comedy movies, you will lose weight. But dont sit down an watch them, just set them on play, up nice and loud and I dunno, do the dusting. Also dont limit your snacks, change them. Make sure you have good-4-U snacks like everywhere, in the cupboard, in the fridge, in the car, under your pillow, who cares. Enjoy the snacks, just dont make a meal of them. Peanuts, Pumpkin seeds, dry biscuits. Do you own nice comfy shoes that you could walk for 2 hours and not get sore feet? If not, get some and wear them to death. Stand in front of the mirror, on the side and suck your guts in, dont look when your lettin it all hang out, photo's of supermodels arent lettin it hang, they're suckin it in. And that will strengthen your abs almost as much as crunches too. Drink about half a glass of water while you make your coffee or tea, it will keep you hydrated during the day, and set an alarm, dont ever sleep in. If you use a computer use an egg timer to make sure you only sit for 20 minutes at a time and you get up and do a lap of your house or office, then reset the timer. Last but not least its time to breath, before bed take 10 deep breaths, the first will be quick, then slow them down, count 1 second for the first, and 10 seconds for the last, make sure you contract your ab muscles during these breaths. And when you wake up in the morning do the opposite, 10 seconds for the first breath and one second for the last, then you leap out of bed, full of energy ready to start your day...
Remember the mushrooms, MUSHROOMS i tell you. Love them...

For me, I started to eat healthy and began exercising. I ate only healthy foods. I didn't splurge on anything. I walked 2 miles everyday, did 100 crunches, leg lifts and stretching everyday. I lost 50 pounds in about 6 months. It takes a lot of willpower to commit to because you'll be tempted to eat unhealthy things or to not exercise esp. since winter is coming. But you have to stay commited and keep your eye on the goal. You can do it!!

It's a snap:
1. Eat 1/3 your normal calories.
2. No dairy at all.
3. Triple your current water intake.
Men = lose 20 lbs in 45 days.
Women = lose 20 lbs in 90 days.
