There is many way that you can overcome your stress. Try wright it down. Go on walk, do yoga, exericse of any kind will help get rid of stress. Listen to some relaxing music and sit in room by your self and clear your. Close your eyes and picture a place that makes you happy. Take a trip. Or leave what ever problem behind for a while and come back to it when your head is clear.
