Go to the hospital. You are dehydrated and if you get too dehydrated you can have kidney failure. You probably shouldn't have taken the panadol with unless it was administered by an adult.
Don't self treat...go to the hospital.

you should go to the hospital... its very important because so many things could happen if there is more than just exhaustion wrong. First, drink some gaterade because it hydrates your body quick, keep drinking water, got to the hospital, your probably going to continue to throw up because you took the pan. on an empty tummy.... hope u ate a piece of bread with it!

you need to stay hydrated drink plenty of fluids and keep your self cool. minimal clothing. stay stationary dont do a bunch of moving around. you didnt say how long you have been vomiting, if its been more than an hour or two and you are constantly vomiting i would go to the hospital, since it is impossible to keep yourself hydrated if you are constantly vomiting. you may need IV fluids.

Get people around you and a holy water from the Church (do not drink that). Let them pray for you and drink clear water from the mountain (Mountain water is fine bottle). Drink water for 8 hours... no food. Good luck! Do not sue me for this, because you asked and I only gave you a suggestion answered that worked for me.
