I kayak quite often and everytime after about an hour or so my legs fall asleep even if I move them around to get more circulation to them...any suggestions?

You may have a condition called Restless Legs Syndrome or RLS and it causes your legs to fall asleep and feel tingly or like something's crawling on you. You may need to see a doctor about that to see what level severity your RLS is. If you don't walk enough sometimes that can happen, but sounds to me like you do a lot of sitting and it's causing your legs to fall asleep you should see a doctor if it's persistent.

I don't have a clue, but I'd guess you're sitting in a position that restricts the blood flow in the artery between your knee and your hip. Use a 2 inch foam pad (sealed) to pad this area.

You will need to circulate the blood flow. Have a friend or partner message your legs, and consult your phycisian xoxoxoxo

ahhhhhh! i ahve the same problem so i got very angry about it so i asked my doctor and he said i have restlest leg syndrom sos you prabobly have it to but im 14 lol and i cant keep my legs still but with the medication tehy gave me i sit still now it sorked lol and yeah im rambling

you have to keep it moving, even when you're sitting or lying down. just move it even by shaking it... you might need to massage it too
